Members work through evidence-based learning modules, one-to-one and group clinical supervision, peer review, structured shadowing placements, and personal mentoring — all mapped against role-specific competency frameworks for nurses, independent prescribing pharmacists, and doctors.\nThe Academy was founded by Dr Susan Ozer and Dr Inyang Takon, both Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatricians with over 30 years' experience of medical practice.\nDrs Ozer and Takon are co-founders of School Doctor®, an innovative neurodevelopmental platform, and draw on their combined experience in ADHD pathways, workforce development, medical education and clinical leadership.\nThe objective of the platform is straightforward: help clinicians deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred ADHD care, and give experienced professionals the structure to keep developing once initial training ends.\nIn addition to their medical and non-medical qualifications, Dr Ozer has a Masters in Medical Education and Dr Takon has a postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education.
