The ADHD Clinical Supervision & Training Academy is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable and respectful community for every clinician, student and member of faculty.
The Academy exists to advance excellence in ADHD care for children and young people. We believe that excellence is only possible when education, supervision and professional development are accessible to all clinicians — regardless of background — and when every voice in our community is heard and valued.
1. Our commitment
We are committed to equality of opportunity and to creating an environment in which individual differences are recognised, respected and celebrated. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or victimisation of any kind.

3. Accessible learning
Our training pathways, supervision sessions and resource library are designed to be flexible and accessible. We work to remove barriers to participation by offering online delivery, adaptable schedules, and reasonable adjustments for members with disabilities, caring responsibilities or differing professional circumstances. 4. An inclusive curriculum
We recognise that ADHD presents differently across populations and that cultural, socioeconomic and systemic factors shape clinical care. Our case studies, teaching materials and supervision discussions actively reflect this diversity, so that clinicians are equipped to deliver equitable, culturally competent care to the children, young people and families they serve.
5. Faculty and representation
We are intentional about building a multi-disciplinary faculty that reflects the breadth of the workforce — nurses, pharmacists, doctors and allied professionals — and the communities it serves. We welcome applications and contributions from colleagues whose backgrounds and experiences enrich our community.
6. What we expect
Every member, student and faculty member shares responsibility for maintaining a respectful, inclusive environment. We ask all participants to engage courteously, listen to differing perspectives, and challenge discrimination constructively when it occurs.
